Rhiannon is the head honcho and face behind Flame and Arrow. She started her online business journey in North America in 2014 helping women with the back-end of their websites. By 2017, she shifted fully into design and development, grew her company into an agency, and opened a branch in Singapore.

However, what really lights her up is helping women take their dream and turning it into a full-fledged, profitable, and sustainable business. As such, she shifted into business coaching and subsequently expanded her company into European markets in 2019. She now helps women overcome the fear in business in order to find clients and ultimately create lives by design instead of by default. She focuses on authenticity, consistency, and visibility.

Rhiannon is a huge advocate for community over competition as the Singapore chapter leader for the Rising Tide Society, she is a candidate for a Ph.D. in International Leadership (2022), and she calls both Singapore and Lisbon home with her 12-year-old jack russell terrier, Sasha.
